and the city as what ron would say "a match made in heaven" because computer engineering is what i call a hybrid between electrical engineering and computer science because it world has many different sectors and you want to be versatile. you don't want to -- well, some of us would prefer to be experts in one field. for example programming or making robots, but i think being versed in both sides of the spectrum tells you tremendously understanding programming, electronics, signal processing, networking, chip design -- i could go on and on, and i think this will give us more opportunities in the area rather than being skilled in one thing. now i'm a senior and i am graduating in the spring, fingers crossed and i couldn't have made a better choice. i think computer engineering was the best choice for me. like i said opportunities are not always readily available. we all get nervous about that. sometimes we need to take charge and take those opportunities so last summer i decided to take it a step further and i applied for probably about 200 different interning opportunities that i sa

and training staff. today is ground hog day. we have the right to claim baseball heaven. this is the mecca of baseball, san francisco california. i think people forgot this team won 94 games in the regular season in a division that is probably as under rated as any division in sports. beat two excellent teams to win the national league and go on to detroit and unfortunately with detroit with all due respect they didn't know what they were in for. [cheers and applause] you fans, this city, this organization, this team wants all of us, or tries to make all of us better men, better people, better husbands, better friends. larry alluded to it the life lessons watching these guys perform everyday and we have a phrase for it "feeding the beast". this game is a rugged game and like life you need to put a lot into it and they became teammates and competed like nobody has seen. i am humbled to be part of this. i am so happy for all our family and friends and this is why we do this, and you folks will be etched in time and in history as one of the greatest teams not only in san francisco history

they did calendars. this is the way they understood the larger sphere, the moving of the heavens, was by setting up structures that could receive the light in certain ways. i mean, it's happening everywhere. i was just in salt lake city and i took a walk downtown and i saw a pillar that had been built in the last 4 years that a big block of sandstone that i recognized. it was probably wingate sandstone that had been hauled up there from about 200, 250 miles away, but i noticed in the pillar that was a gap at the bottom and i walked up and looked through the gap and i saw there were some posts in the distance and i looked around and there was a circle around the gap and there were signs around it and then each post a prism in it so that light going through the crack would hit the prism and that light would go to another prism and you would be able to tell the time of year by this object that was built in the last 4 years. and i saw this and i thought, what would archeologists think if they encountered this? they would look at this and say, what civilization was this? what religion

, but that preacher dr. butts had lifts us to the seventh heaven with his oratory and after the service was over as i followed the platform party out to the foyer of that great cathedral there i looked up and i beheld a beautiful quilt at the center of many other quilts that the quilting ministry of friendship church had put on display, and when i saw that quilt that caught my eye i said to the pastor "dr. clifford jones, i want that quilt. i want that quilt ." dr. jones says "it's yours". when he took me to the car the limousine was there waiting for me and before i close the door i looked at him again and i said "dr. jones i want that quilt". he said "i told you it's yours. i will have my secretary mail it to you .". two weeks later package appeared in my office. my secretary pearl said "here's a package here for you". i looked and saw it was from friendship church, and i opened it and low and behold there was my beautiful quilt, and when i opened it the quilt that i was told that was mine had on top of it a bill for $800. and as i looked at that beautiful quilt that cost me $800 i said the
